Give your thoughts directly to Capcom.
Next year we will get the eighth mainline installment in the beloved horror franchise, Resident Evil Village. The game will be a direct continuation of Resident Evil 7, and looking likely to come sometime closer to the middle of next year. In the meantime, you can give Capcom your thoughts on what’s been unveiled so far with a new survey.
Capcom has been giving out these official surveys for the franchises pretty frequently, and this aims to get your thoughts on Village‘s pre-release reveal. It asks a variety of questions, such as what you know about the game, how you feel about the unusual naming of this entry, how interested you are in the first person perspective, and what platforms you plan to get it on. Interestingly, when asking that last part, there is mention of a Xbox Series X digital only console, despite there not being one officially announced. Take of that what you will. A few questions even seem to allude to a demo, which would be unsurprising, since the last three games all received some type of demo. There’s also a few chances to write in whatever you want as well for your unfiltered thoughts
Resident Evil Village will release for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and PC sometime in 2021. You can see the link for the survey via the official Twitter below.
